Hardwood floors can be abused and neglected but still be refinished and show their original beauty. This floor was refinished in Caldwell, Idaho and had been neglected, glued tile on top of it and water damaged in spots. The new owner wanted to have it refinished to its original luster. The task was not small and the floor was in awful shape.

We had to replace 20 sq ft. in the middle of the room in the worst of areas. The rest of the floor was refinished using the following process:
- 40 grit belt
- vacuum
- 60 grit belt
- 80 grit edge
- vacuum
- 100 grit trio
- 100 grit edge
- vacuum
- finish
