- Allan’s goal for A-Max Hardwood has always been to make his customers happy with the best products and customer service on the market. Allan is the front runner of UV coatings and the only person in Boise certified in UV finish. Being the a big supporter of UV has had the opportunity to do demonstrations on UV machines and UV Finishes. One of his demonstrations was even at the main BYU campus in Provo.

- Currently in his 5th year with A-Max Hardwood Tyson has 5 years experience with installation and refinishing. Tyson is the main contact for ordering hardwood and answering customers calls. If you ever have a question call Tyson and he will h ave an answer for you!

- 25 years of Hardwood Flooring Experience
- Experienced in Sand/Finish & Installation
- With over 25 years experience in the hardwood industry Brad comes to A-Max Hardwood with a wide variety of knowledge. If you have a question or concern Brad will have a straight forward answer for you. Brad is very capable of any installation request or making an old floor look new by refinishing it.

- 15 Years of Wood Working Experience
- Over 15 years experience of hardwood flooring. Eli has done work from the shipyards and Johnny Carsons personal yacht to custom hardwood floor installs in Boise. His experience is invaluable to A-Max Hardwood. Eli is skilled in installation and refinish and has been recognized by the for his outstanding efforts.

- With over 7 years of experience A-max is happy to have Colt as a lead foreman for one of our crews. If you are looking for a special stain or quality work Colt brings all of the A-Max qualities to every job. Any question you might have throughout your installation or sand/finish process he he able to answer any question you might have!

- Consistently trying to further his skills, we are proud Ryan has made his home with A-Max Hardwood. He understands customers concerns and what is needed to make a job “perfect”. Ryan brings great talent for sand and finishing. He has worked in the Treasure Valley doing hardwood for over 15 years.
