Garden Valley is a smaller community in the hills outside of Boise. It is a city with nice scenery and lots of creeks. We were called by a nice lady who lived in the hills of Garden Valley, she wanted her engineered hardwood refinished back to its original state. The wood had not been refinished in 17 years or more. The expectations were to get out as many scratches and the wear and tear as possible. The project consisted of a 1 room that was 400 sq. ft. . The total project took 15 hours start to finish. This was a one day project. Below you can see the pictures from before and after as well as the process we used on this particular floor.

Conclusion
The floor came out very smooth and flat as always due to the Trio. The hardest part was getting the dirt and grime out of the wood grain since the previous finish that was done 17 years ago had fully worn away. With all that dirt and grime removed it looks absolutely amazing. The homeowner loves it and we were happy with the outcome of the work done.
