This refinish was done in Nampa, Idaho for a lady who needed her floor refinished and back on it within 48 hours. A-Max Hardwood is the only company in Boise and Nampa Idaho who can possibly even fill this request. Our UV solution cures the wood floor finish instantly! The homeowner was able to be back on her floor within minutes of of leaving and using it as her family normally would. Another nice attribute to UV coatings is that they are a very clear coating that will not yellow over time like most oil/poly. Below is how we did the job and the process used.
Sanding process:
- 40 grit belt sand
- vacuum
- 80 grit edger
- 60 grit trio
- vacuum
- 100 grit edger
- 100 grit trio
- vacuum
- Put 3 coats down
