This just might be the transformation of the year for a North End home floor. The floor was in absolute disarray. It look plain awful. Our work was cut our for us to get this wavy, pet stained, water damaged floor back into shape. The good news is that red oak is one of the best floors to get back into good shape. The reason red oak is such a forgiving wood is the grains and colors hide a lot of issues left behind even after sanding them out. The results were wonderful and the owner loved the end results as well!

The sanding process for the Red Oak in this house is as follows:
- 40 grit belt sand

- 60 grit trio

- 80 grit edge
- vacuum
- 100 grit trio
- 100 grit edge
