DDA (developmental Disabilities Agency) called us back after 5 months or so to come look at a gouge that was created in their floor. The gouge was from a participant who had drug their heavy couch across the floor 2 feet or so. They wanted to have this issue fixed and gave us a call. To fix the gouge we had to tape off the individual board lines and then sand off some of the old finish to get rid of the gouge. Then we had to put the sealer coat on, let it dry – put on the 2nd coat, let it dry – and finally put on the finish coat. As you can see it blended very well.
